If you didn't get a chance to attend her track, I would highly recommend ordering the cds. These sessions had my group crying throughout her talks...it was so affirming to hear someone articulate our hearts with such precision. This is why Rose is who she is. We need people like Rose to paint the picture, inspire us, pray for us and cheer us on. Several of us from our Wisconsin Vineyard attended Rose’s track on Missional Church. If I understand correctly, it's up to the local Vineyard as to how much they really recognize the leadership of women at every level. Is that your understanding? I've been thinking a lot about women and how much of a male-dominant society we live in. I've also been thinking about how much women have risen to that and have created a path of their own. I love it. It makes comforts me to know that I'm not the only one who sees it. You give me so much hope for the future :). That’s amazing.
