In the following weeks, several women and I will be telling our stories of what it has been and what it is like to be a woman leader both inside and outside the church.

Why is the trauma so vast, historical, and intense? This issue matters so much to God. Our culture is wrestling with the reckoning with misogyny and abuses of power geared towards women. Women deserve to know their value and to find solidarity with others who have suffered and will continue to labor towards beauty, equity, and justice.
